Welcome to this talk and then a meditation.
Called Evolving Through My Stress.
So anyone can experience stress.
And to keep switching it up.
Flexibility.
Nurture breaks that are personal.
And stress affects the skin,
The complexion.
The organs of the body.
And our trillions of cells.
Even those daily repetitive tasks.
Stress,
With lots to do.
Some are repetitive work.
The workload at home or the office.
So,
Keep learning through all situations.
Awareness with breath work into the nose counter farm.
Out of the mouth,
Count of six.
Adding humming which to me is mantra time,
The AMMA.
And Code Exposure refreshes your sensors.
Aware of holding tension in the body.
Shoulders,
Back,
Face,
Jawline,
Plus a tense body signals not safe.
Therefore,
Movement through the body.
Shake the body down.
Dance and twist.
Many muscles will welcome the sensation in a good way.
And to stretch yourself.
And keep hydrated.
As for the head,
Grey matter built with mindfulness,
Regular meditation.
And to enter stillness.
A power 1 minute 0 movement.
Can help to bounce back stronger.
We will do the storm through the body with open presence and let emotions rise.
And allow to pass through the body like a storm.
That in a way interrupts our sunny days.
This helps us to tolerate discomfort.
And that calms the nervous system.
And to have compassion for oneself.
Also about reading negative patterns.
Negative thought patterns and old habits.
By choosing to be positive.
Reward your responses to be more optimistic and assertive.
Remind yourself you are safe.
Routine helps.
Eating on time.
Sleeping on time.
And your break times.
To help you live in harmony.
Remember the rewards of fresh air and exercise,
Wholesome home-cooked food and a home that feels homely.
And to be aware of self pampering and cleansing.
So they busy be in you and in me.
Most of us are born into the world as individuals.
So like the bee,
We are busy going in different directions.
Deep down we were designed to be more natural.
And nature.
We used to go barefoot,
Gather round open fires,
Sing,
Share stories and gaze at the stars.
And move as a group.
We will enter a meditation soon.
I body scan.
That is about taking the storm through the body with open awareness.
But I would love to first honor the root meaning of a storm.
That,
In a way,
Interferes with our sunny days.
Perhaps stress is that star.
Teaching us.
To come back into harmony.
So a storm is about replenishment.
And critical.
Ecological rejuvenation.
Storms move warm air towards the freezing poles.
Which redistributes global heat.
And helping to balance world temperatures.
Without these storms,
The tropics would become too hot.
Rainfall fills depleted reservoirs,
Lakes and underground aquifers.
Therefore it replenishes fresh water supplies.
Large scale storm systems break persistent Regional Dry Spells and strong winds clear out dead,
Weak or diseased trees.
There's also the promotion of new growth,
As sunlight reaches the forest floor.
Through newly created canopy gaps.
And heavy wind.
Move water to transport plant seeds to new areas.
Heavy runoff flushes debris and stagnant sediment from river systems.
And the hydration of soil.
Sudden moisture revives dormant desert flora.
The storm of a rain pulls dust,
Pollen and pollutants out of the sky.
The lightning breaks atmospheric nitrogen bonds.
To fertilize the soil naturally.
And post-starve conditions can bring rapid relief.
From oppressive summer heatwaves.
Whether large or small,
All storms are made of three stages.
Stage 1 while my stare is continually drawn up.
And updrafts.
Allowing towering clouds to form and grow.
Stage 2 the added moisture begins to fall.
Dragging Code Air down.
That creates downdrafts.
This coexistence of rising warm air and filing code air.
Causes the most violent weather.
Of happy rain.
Hail and lightning.
Finally,
Stage 3,
The code down drafts.
Become too strong.
That they cut off from the rising warm air.
That feeds the star.
Causing it to weaken and to die off.
Lastly,
Animals sense approaching storms.
By detecting drops in barometric pressure.
So to survive.
Wild animals hunker down in burrows or dens vegetation.
Larger mammals group together.
Birds stay low.
And marine life dive deeper and deeper into water.
Now some ocean dwelling birds stay safe.
Inside the eye of a hurricane,
If over the sea.
And sharps can sense pressure changing.
And vibrations in the water.
And will flee to deeper offshore waters.
As for farm animals,
They will bunch up and seek shelter,
Or simply turn their backs to the wind and wait it out.
And your domestic pets often become anxious and seek comfort or simply hide.
And now for the benefit of helping our bodies to tolerate stress better.
We will begin a strong meditation for all of you.
Let's begin.
Eyes closed in your meditation position please.
As the perfect storm positions itself to begin.
Imagine all sunlight stops.
For a change in the air suddenly happens.
It shouldn't be dark,
As your brain questioned itself.
Life-giving air thickens with the heaviness of an unnatural heat.
Heavy,
Heavy air drags your whole body to a standstill.
If you were part of the animal kingdom.
You would have long gone for shelter.
So a silence of life takes grip.
Your heart speaks to remember.
After the stop.
New life will surely flourish.
But the journey and the travel of a star.
Must go through you first.
It will love.
For any weakness.
To throw and blow it away.
It will sense where places inside of you are stagnant.
Things will be put back in position.
The heart way.
And little courage.
Is needed.
Right now.
So as things do and always do seem quiet before a storm,
Enter with it at this beginning.
Have 20 seconds of silence.
A full sky.
Now grabs your attention.
As you feel.
Feel a rumble beneath the ground into your feet.
Heaven and earth.
Get your full attention.
Causing a fine pull on your energy roots.
This causes you to wobble.
That tripping over sensation.
Every part of the entire body hits alert.
Muscles jump searching for balance.
Toes grasping the ground.
Like a blind man guided by his stick.
That valuable connection.
That tells you you are physically grounded has gone.
Please take a breath in.
Take a breath out.
Electricity fills the air.
With such sticky warmth.
This temperature,
Felt and smelt through the senses,
Tells the brain,
Not safe.
But a danger.
Like an animal smelling the air.
Getting familiar with its surroundings.
And knowing if they are safe.
It's time to run.
The flight and fight mode activated.
Please take a breath in.
And take a breath out Both your arms are not sure what to do.
Hands are searching to hold on to something.
But rushing through this body,
The perfect storm.
The eye of the storm.
Always remains cool and calm.
But everything holding it.
Rushes around and around.
In hundreds of circles.
The fast speed of energy circles spinning upwards now in this body.
And so it rises from the feet into your legs,
Pushing,
Moving.
Collecting all your personal hard work.
Those endless jars,
Repetitive things of life.
The life workload within it.
And the emotional draining of energy needed to do it all.
Please take a breath in.
Take a breath out.
Old memories rise.
Rise with the storm.
The history of everything that's gone wrong.
That's gone wrong on a personal level.
Collected through years,
Through time.
Trauma.
Fear.
Worry,
Regrets.
All enter the stone.
That grows stronger and louder.
Freeze mode heads into shot mode.
As the eye of the storm takes it.
Rising.
Into a meeting.
The centre of your tummy.
Breaking up and throwing out all the discomfort.
Pain,
Dysfunction of this old body.
Please take a breath in.
Take a breath out.
Hotness and coldness press on the beating heart.
Feeling good.
They're not feeling good.
Tossing the negative to positive.
But still no control.
Not settle.
Just too hot.
Are just two codes.
Your sweat,
Your tears,
Feed the storm.
Rising into your sensitive throat.
Your communication tower.
Volume goes in and out louder.
Than a vibe of nothing.
Waiting for a mighty bolt of lightning.
Nice pollution sends the ears into frustration.
Hurting over what seems to be a load of nonsense.
Because most of it.

Is in the drama world.
The complication of mankind.
Certain humans need takers.
They thieves in the night.
They frauds.
They abuses.
And again the storm breaches and throws out all that bad energy.
Speeding high up to its peak,
Hovering over your third eye.
Please take a breath in.
Take a breath out.
Your physical eyes inside look up.
Into the eye of the storm.
And knowing it's just going to dramatically stop.
It's reach its limit.
And has cleared you out the gap.
You know your body has evolved through this stop.
It has learnt to tolerate the stress.
Because all stress Well,
You've seen it all.
And you've lived.
Through it all.
Wiser.
Calmer.
Flowing.
Flowing back.
Into a natural control.
Watching the perfect storm end.
Separating,
Then separated.
And life becomes doable.
Harmony builds into yourself.
And to gather.
They begin to thrive and survive.
The sun comes out.
The air is clean again.
And yourselves evolving into a glorious new clean energy.
You love to nurture yourself.
Rewards are always a part of human life.
Feed your soul into this diamond light.
Breathing it in.
Trillions of diamond light cells.
In the body from the head to the feet.
Absorb what is rightly yours.
Have one minute of diamond,
Diamond light.
Breathe into diamond light.
And now the bigger picture.
Of life.
Remembering the knowledge we all hold.
We can honour the new.
And take that valuable ancient journey of life with us.
Well-being starts here.
A little bear foot goes a long way.
The good news is an increasing number of people.
Are actively stepping away from modern life.
To reconnect with primitive and mindful practice.
Through indigenous traditions.
Community gatherings.
To see the grounding.
And R that comes with it.
Organizations and bushcraft communities.
Gather around campfires to practice ancient skills.
Share stories.
Experience.
Benefits of walking barefoot in the woodland floor.
In many parts of the world going barefoot.
And gathering around a fire.
Is a deeply embedded cultural and religious rite of passage.
Such as sacred fireworks.
And ritual cleansing.
And lastly,
Back to wellness with mindful stargazing.
Often called star bathing.
Has become a popular trend focused on spending time away from artificial light.
Without technology.
Rounding individuals through direct contact with the earth and the sky.
So here we have a balance.
More out of life through harmony.
Giving thanks to our bodies and minds.
