Let's begin into bed,

Thank you.

Fitting the pillow snugly to the neck and head,

For this pillow will support a great dream tonight.

Make sure the body is covered and smothered with your personal bedding.

Closing one eye to sleep,

Closing the next eye to dream better.

Each night we enter this personal date with ourselves.

This precious night time to reboot,

Repair all of you from head to toe.

Let the eyes inside go round and round,

Round.

As you lay here,

You also lay on Mother Earth.

As she goes round and round,

Spinning then creates gravity.

So you are supported by her,

She loves to keep you grounded for your journey on Earth.

Let the eyes relax now.

Let's dissolve any restless tension in the energy body.

The energies of the body are made of yin and yang.

So by leaning into the right side of the body,

Tensing tightly a few seconds,

Now the right side,

Connecting to my male yang energies.

Breathing into my male yang energies.

And now leaning into the left side of the body,

Tensing tight the left side for a few seconds,

Connecting to my female yin energies.

Breathing into my female yin energies.

Relax into balance.

Let's create easily and quickly a white space to encourage sleeping and fun dreams.

Simply imagine all bedroom walls turning into white.

A blank canvas of white,

Switching off from the physical world of physical life.

Breathe into whiteness.

And the floor below turning white.

Then the bed,

The pillow,

Everything touching you,

Dissolving into soft white,

Powerful and cleansing.

Breathe into your private white space.

The body loves this pampering of newness.

We are creating the meaning of brand new that will reflect on a new day,

A new date in the morning.

Now imagine looking up to the bedroom ceiling,

Revealing instantly a huge night sky.

The night sky is so deep,

So royal deep blue in colour.

Connect to it by breathing into deep blue and exhale the colour deep blue.

With this the movement of white clouds drifting so very slow,

Yet drifting.

Cloud gazing begins,

Offering at first nothing but peace.

You are observing the movement and the flow of everything above you.

Stars everywhere that shine and shine just keep on shining into the eyes of your soul.

The invitation of stars is irresistible and magical.

Dreaming must happen,

It must be fun.

It is your right to feel good right now.

The fun dreams truly refresh the mind and boost life to flow.
