Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can rest undisturbed,
Where your body can be fully supported and relaxed.
And when you're ready,
Gently allow your eyes to close and take in several deep breaths.
Feel your lungs completely and exhale slowly and loudly through your mouth.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to arrive more fully into your body and into this moment.
Let the muscles of your face soften,
Release your shoulders,
And allow your body to be fully supported.
This is your opportunity to connect and realign.
Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath.
Notice how it moves in and out,
Steady and natural.
Breathing is one of the simplest ways that we can find alignment.
When our breath is shallow or rushed,
We often feel a sense of disconnection.
When it's calm and steady,
The body and mind begin to harmonize.
So take a few slow breaths,
Feeling your inhale and exhale coming into balance.
Each cycle draws you closer to a state of flow.
Now bring your attention to your body.
Scan gently from head to toe,
Noticing where you feel comfortable and the areas that may feel tight or tense.
Alignment is not about forcing the body into perfection,
But about noticing and gently adjusting as necessary.
If you feel tension in your shoulders,
Try to soften them.
If your jaw feels tight,
Allow it to loosen.
Let gravity help you release.
As your body relaxes,
Your energy begins to align more easily.
Bring your focus to the central aspect of your body,
Along your spine,
Aligning straight down the middle of the body.
Imagine this as a channel of light that runs from the crown of your head to the base of your spine.
This channel connects both upwards and downwards,
Beneath earth and sky.
As you breathe,
Visualize this channel becoming brighter and clearer,
Like a river of light flowing freely through you.
Now imagine this light moving through each of your energy centers,
One by one.
At the base of your spine,
Feel the light bringing stability and grounding.
Root chakra energy.
In your lower abdomen,
Feel it bringing creativity and a sense of flow.
Sacral chakra.
At your solar plexus,
Just above your belly button,
Notice the restoration of strength and confidence.
In your heart,
The heart chakra,
Sense compassion and openness returning.
And at your throat,
The throat chakra,
Focus on clarity of expression.
Of communicating beautifully,
Strongly,
Confidently.
In your brow,
The third eye chakra,
Look to vision and insight.
And at your crown chakra,
The top of the head,
Tune into connection and peace.
Within each center or chakra,
All that you bring into balance and alignment,
Your whole system will then align more fully and work on your behalf,
Just as it's meant to do.
Take your time here.
Sense how the energy in your body responds to this attention.
You may feel warmth,
Tingling,
Or a sense of lightness,
Or you may simply feel calm.
Whatever you notice is right for you,
Let that settle in,
Let that embed into your energy.
And then expand your awareness to encompass your entire field.
The space of energy surrounding your body,
Moving from that straight line down the body,
To all of the energy surrounding the body,
So that the body is encompassed.
Imagine this field as a sphere of light surrounding you.
See it aligning with your energy,
Smoothing and brightening your energy.
Any areas that feel scattered or heavy,
They begin to reorganize themselves,
Flowing back into a state of harmony and balance.
With each breath,
Your aura becomes clearer,
Steadier,
And more balanced.
And more coherent.
Alignment is not only about the energy body,
It's also about how we move through life.
Take a moment to reflect on what the concept of flow means to you.
Perhaps it's when your thoughts,
Feelings,
And actions all move in the same direction.
Perhaps it's when life feels less like a struggle,
And more like a gentle current carrying you forward.
Alignment is the foundation of this flow.
When your energy is scattered,
Life feels like pushing against the tide.
When your energy is aligned,
You move with greater ease.
Visualize now that the light in your body and aura is gently synchronizing with natural rhythms of life itself.
Imagine yourself like a river,
Flowing smoothly around obstacles,
Always finding a way forward.
Sense that you are supported by currents larger than yourself,
By earth.
By source,
By the greater field of life.
You do not need to force your way through,
You can allow yourself to be gently carried.
Stay here for a while,
Breathing steadily.
And feel what it means to be in a state of flow.
Notice how your body feels when you're not pushing,
Or resisting,
But allowing.
Notice how your energy feels when it's not scattered,
But harmonized.
Rest in this sensation of ease.
And notice what you're aware of.

Are there sounds?
Is it a soft,
Beautiful,

Inky velvetness?
Or is it filled with color and light?
Really tune into what goes on for you in this space,
Particularly at the moment.
It might change each time you revisit.
Allow all of this wonderful information to come through,
Open your imagination and your senses to truly experience.
Surrender to the experience.
Silently affirm these words to yourself.

Now imagine yourself carrying this state into your daily life.
See yourself beginning the day with clarity,
Responding to challenges with steadiness and moving through interactions without losing your center.
Picture yourself returning to this stage of alignment whenever you pause to breathe,
Ground or reflect.

Take a few more breaths,
Enjoying the spaciousness and the calm that you've created.
Your body is relaxed,

Bring your awareness back to your body.
Feel your feet on the ground,
The surface supporting you and the air moving in and out of your lungs.
Wriggle your fingers and toes gently and take a final deep breath in,
Filling yourself with light and exhaling slowly,
Grounding yourself into the support beneath you and your room.
And when it feels right,
Softly open your eyes.
Carry this alignment with you into the rest of your day and week and month,
