This fourth course in The Energetic Self Series is where awareness becomes embodiment. By now, you’ve recognised the ways your energy can be drained, uncovered unconscious agreements, and gently begun the process of repair. In this course, we move from understanding into living, weaving boundaries into daily life so that they become an integral part of who you are. Together we’ll explore the four key boundary types: physical, emotional, mental, and energetic and learn how each one protects your wellbeing. You’ll see how boundaries are not about shutting people out, but about staying rooted in yourself while remaining open and compassionate. Along the way, we’ll unravel the myths that make you feel guilty for having boundaries, and replace them with the truth: clear, loving boundaries are acts of deep care, both for yourself and for those around you. This course is also about repair and renewal. We’ll look at how to heal after boundary breaks, how to return to centre after over-giving, and how to re-establish your sovereignty when your limits have been crossed. From practical tools for everyday situations to practices that protect your spiritual connection, you’ll gain the confidence to live your truth with strength and kindness. By the end of this journey, you’ll feel more grounded in your own energy, able to engage with life from a place of clarity and connected to the steady truth of who you are. Boundaries will no longer feel like walls or burdens, but like living structures that honour your energy and support your freedom.
