Begin now by adopting your favourite meditating posture and link into your breathing.
Become aware of the movement of your body as you breathe in and out.
Become aware of how each breath takes you deeper and deeper down now,
Deeper and deeper down.
Our brain has a negative bias.
The mind actually clings to unpleasant things in order to protect us from danger.
By actively seeking out moments of joy,
You engage your brain to shift that bias.
As the saying goes,
What you put your attention on grows,
What you think about,
You bring about.
It's time to flip that bias now.
So start your day with positive affirmations and the intention of tuning into all that you're grateful for.
Affirmations offer inspiration and support in building the capacity to identify and remember gratitude each day.
Even on the days that can feel challenging,
There will always be wonderful things that you will be able to tune into and remember.
Things that bring you joy and make you feel good.
Never forget that.
Build your very own joy list.
Being a list of what makes you happy,
What makes you feel glad to be alive.
Write down as many things as you can that make you feel this way.
From people in your life to hobbies or music or places.
Search your energy and let your list be long.
You can add to it at any time and keep it somewhere where you'll be able to view it every day.
As you start to note what makes you happy,
You can then fully take those knowings into your energy.
So bring your mind now to something that makes you feel powerful and strong.
Really bring that memory to life and let it fill your energy.
As you do this,
Note your mental and emotional states and tune into what's going on within your mind,
Your thoughts and your general outlook.
How does it feel to be powerfully positive?
Try to articulate the feeling as best you can.
Own it,
Honour it and witness it.
How would you describe your mental state when you feel empowered and alive and positive?
What changes occur within your mind?
Are you able to achieve more in your day when you feel this way?
Are your interactions with others easier?
Are they stronger or even more fruitful?
Do you find that you sleep better or eat better or even exercise more when you feel good about yourself and your life?
Note all the feelings and changes that are present when you feel really amped up and fully engaged and in charge of your life.
It's a wonderful way to live.
It's about being able to thrive and not just stay alive.
Take your awareness from your mind now to your body.
Note how your body feels when you're feeling empowered and positive.
Does this feeling resonate in a particular area of your body?
If so,
Where?
Do you feel less ill or in pain when you tune into your powerful positive thinking?
What changes in your physiology when you create a state of joy within?
Joy is an incredible energetic vibration that allows us to become magnets to the wonders that life has to offer.
Joy is contagious.
Fear cannot live in the vibration of joy.
And joy melts all negativity away.
And it changes our orientation towards victory,
Health and wealth.

A joy light that can shine out from us from deep within.

Implant the button.
Turn it on.
And allow joy to grow and shine from within you.
Joy will now always be an option for you.
Choose joy.
Live in the vibration of joy.

Scan your body now from the top of your head to the tips of your toes and tune into the feelings.
Note any areas of ease and flow in the body.
For when we feel positive,
We are open and free from tension and worry.
As you breathe,
Make space to feel happiness flow throughout you.
And sit in the flow of that joyful,
Happy energy.
And allow it to move and vibrate around you and through you.
Does this joyful,
Happy energy have a colour?
Is it a single colour or a blend of colours?
Maybe it's as though you're in a kaleidoscope of amazingly bright colours,
Like a whirling mandala pulsating around you.
Let the colours fill your body and be aware as they add their energy to yours.
Remain open during your day to others and share your joy with them and in turn experience theirs.
