Lauren Ziegler

Lauren loves helping people bring mindfulness and meditation into their lives, so they can be more solid, wise and happier. She is a meditation coach, and certified Yoga Therapist as well as a sleep coach. She is part of the leadership team at Colorado State University's Center for Mindfulness, and she has a private practice seeing clients, mostly on Zoom. Her unique specialty is spinal decompression for pain relief and Yoga Nidra meditation for better sleep.
