Empowerment To Reiki (Reiki Connection)

Ok so we will start with the Reiki empowerment that is your connection to Reiki or re-connection or reminder of your connection to Reiki. So for this I invite you to be seated and just bring your hands together in front of you if that's available to you. If it's not then that's also fine. The Reiki energy will flow anyway. And just set your intention to receive what you need. And then just starting by noticing the energy around you.
