A quick, intuitive body scan to listen in on your inner voice and see what your intuition is pointing you to. Use this body scan to practice learning your body's intuitive reactions to external situations and internal thoughts in the moment, and over the long term to build recognition of what is intuition, what is not, and how you can know this somatically. This meditation was created to accompany the Trust Your Gut and Master the Skills of Intuition course available on Insight Timer, which provides more context and more tools, but works as a standalone practice as well.
