Welcome to this guided self Reiki for sleep with me Keziah Gibbons.
Allow yourself to be really comfortable for this practice.
So take a moment now to just make sure that your body is well supported,
That your temperature is right,
That the lighting in your room is dim or dark and anything else that just helps you to be a little more comfortable.
I will be sending you Reiki throughout this practice as well as guiding you in sending it to yourself.
Set your intention to receive what you need and include in that intention a permission for your body to rest anyway no matter whether and whenever you fall asleep or whether you just allow yourself to have this time to relax and drift in and out.
So connecting now to Reiki,
Breathing in gentle healing energy from source down into your hara,
Breathing out allowing it to build and keeping that connection growing with each breath.
Reiki in with every in-breath,
Reiki building with every breath out and we'll just take a moment now to send some Reiki to you,
Your surroundings.
So breathing Reiki into your hara,
Breathing out sending it to your sleeping space and as the Reiki fills your room it clears and resets the space making it ready for you to sleep.
Breathing Reiki in to your hara,
Breathing Reiki out sending it in all directions filling the space you're in with Reiki and just sense in now to your physical body.
Notice how you feel and if there are any areas that could be more comfortable just send Reiki there with your breath.
So breathing Reiki in and breathing Reiki out directing it to any areas where you could be more comfortable.
Breathing Reiki energy in,
Breathing Reiki energy out and sensing even deeper into your body now,
Into all of your cells and as you breathe the Reiki in and out allowing it to fill your entire body you might see,
Feel or know that each individual cell is clearing and resetting.
Breathing Reiki energy in,
Breathing Reiki energy out and as those cells clear and reset they are filled with Reiki energy.
Breathing Reiki energy in,
Breathing Reiki energy out and now expanding that to your whole body so that as you breathe the Reiki energy in your whole body is filled with Reiki and as you breathe the Reiki energy out your whole body is filled with Reiki.
Reiki in with each breath in,
Reiki out with each breath out.
Aware now of your entire energy system and if there is anywhere that your energy is not completely in balance offering it up for healing,
Trusting the Reiki to gently restore balance right now and as you drift off to sleep all night.
Reiki in and out with each breath bringing your attention inwards now to your heart and just honoring and acknowledging whatever's there.
Breathing Reiki in and out of your heart,
Allowing yourself sacred space to process what's in your heart,
Trusting that to occur naturally and naturally as you rest just allow that to happen.
Gentle healing Reiki flowing in and out with every breath holding you safe.
Reiki in,
Reiki out and aware if there are any final thoughts drifting through your mind before you sleep.
Reiki in on the in-breath,
Out on the out-breath,
Just allowing those thoughts to drift away.
You might want to thank them and if they're important you can pick them up tomorrow but right now your priority is sleeping,
Caring gently for yourself with permission to sleep.
Breathing Reiki in,
Breathing Reiki out and maybe some of those thoughts just drift away completely leaving you feeling lighter and more and more relaxed.
Breathing Reiki with every breath and you may notice that your spiritual team,
Guides,
Deities,
Ancestors,
Guardians or angels are already here holding the space so that you don't have to.
But if you like you might invite those spiritual guardians in now asking them to watch over your sleep.
Breathing Reiki in,
Breathing Reiki out and if there's anything else you need just ask for it.
Place it in your heart and surround it with Reiki giving it room to grow.
Breathing Reiki with every breath receiving from the universe,
Asking for what you want and allowing yourself to receive as you rest now knowing that even as you rest and maybe even drift into sleep you will already be recharging and it's okay to rest here for as long as you need.
Sleep the whole night through if that's good for you,
Allowing your battery to take the charge you need,
Storing that energy deep inside,
Hibernating,
Ready for the morning when you will awake,
Recharged and refreshed.
So you might look forward to that time,
Relaxed and comfortable as you are,
Allowing yourself to go inwards and surrender to sleep now,
Safe and comfortable,
Resting and receiving all night long.
