All Levels Daily Reiki Practice: Self Healing Of The Organs

This is a gentle 20-minute practice to send Reiki healing to some of your vital organs. Lie down, get comfortable, and direct Reiki energy to your brain, lungs, liver, intestines, kidneys and reproductive system. With minimal guidance and plenty of space to just be in the practice. Background music is "Ease" by Chris Collins. If you're completely new to Reiki, it is recommended to start with Keziah's 21 Day Reiki Realisation course here on Insight Timer. Practice daily to decrease stress and increase wellbeing.

Today we're going to be doing some self-healing and this is designed to be a restful practice.

So if you'd like to and it's comfortable for you,

Please feel free to lie down for this practice.

So allow yourself to become comfortable and when you're ready,

Connect to Reiki by placing your hands together and inviting the Reiki energy in.

And you might visualize a bright Reiki light surrounding you,

Travelling into your Tanden as you breathe in and building up there.

And we're going to start by sending Reiki healing to the brain which works so hard.

So breathe the Reiki energy into your Tanden and breathe out,

Sending it to your brain.

So you might see the Reiki energy travelling to your brain.

You might feel it or you might just know it's there and allowing that to flow for a few moments.

And with the next breath,

You're going to send the Reiki energy to your heart.

So breathing in Reiki to the Tanden,

Breathing out,

Sending it to your heart,

Allowing that flow to continue.

And now you send the Reiki energy to your lungs,

Breathing Reiki energy into the Tanden,

Breathing out,

Sending it out to your lungs.

And you might imagine your lungs filling with Reiki energy.

Now sending the Reiki energy to your liver,

Which is on the right side of your abdomen,

Just below the ribcage.

So breathing Reiki energy into the Tanden,

Breathing out,

Sending Reiki to the liver.

And you might visualise that or you might just feel it or intend it.

Continuing to breathe the Reiki energy into your Tanden with each breath.

And this time as you breathe out,

Sending that energy to your intestines,

So that whole abdominal area.

Sending energy now to your kidneys.

So breathing into the Tanden,

Breathing out to the kidneys,

In the lower part of your back on both sides.

Seeing or feeling the Reiki energy flowing to the kidneys.

Breathing Reiki energy into the Tanden and now breathing out,

Sending Reiki energy to your reproductive system.

And now releasing the flow of energy,

Setting your intention so that all of your organs and your entire body continues to receive what it needs.

And you might use your hands to brush down your body with the intention of smoothing out the energy,

Sealing in the healing and releasing anything which has served its purpose.

And coming back to your awareness of your surroundings,

Allow yourself to come round slowly.

Take good care of yourself as you integrate the energy.

Drink plenty of water.

Eat well.

Rest when you need to.

Enjoy the rest of your day.

I received something new in this meditation. I visualized myself inhaling the energy and upon the exhalation distributing it to the specific areas of concentration. It kinda makes sense to me like that.
