Welcome to this practice of connecting to Mother Earth.
This practice will support you to connect deeper to our planet,
Also it will cleanse your body,
Nourish your whole system,
Will support you in all different ways.
Your physical health,
Your mental health,
Emotional health,
It will be a very nourishing and grounding practice that has a huge opportunity for healing.
It is very important for this practice to sit up straight as we are going to work with the spinal column,
It's very beneficial to have it straight and aligned so you can receive the most from this practice.
So just take a second to find a comfortable seat,
Maybe if you need to close a door,
Having space to yourself,
Making it as safe,
As quiet as possible.
And just start connecting to your body,
Bringing your awareness inwards,
Noticing how your chest and your belly expand with every single breath.
And as you breathe out,
Just relax and let go.
Let go of all the things that you were doing before this moment,
Really landing here and now in your body.
Taking deep,
Beautiful breaths in and out and noticing if anything is happening in your body,
In your mind,
Any sensations,
Thoughts arising,
Just observe and be present.
And at first we start preparing your system to receive the energy of Mother Earth and we are going to move from the top of your head down through your body.
So now gently bring your attention to the top of your head,
To your crown chakra.
Just connecting,
Acknowledging the space and I want you to breathe in and through this space,
Relaxing and softening whatever tension that could be there.
Just creating the space for it to open up,
To let go of whatever doesn't serve you any longer.
Gentle but deep,
Smooth breaths in and out through your crown chakra.
Now imagine as you go down,
Moving to your brow chakra that is placed right between your eyebrows and again breathing deeply yet gently into that space,
Allowing anything that needs to happen to happen but the main focus is relaxing,
Opening,
Letting go and if anything arises,
Emotions,
Sensations,
Feelings,
Thoughts,
It's all perfect.
Just be present,
Give the space to whatever wants to arise,
Knowing that whatever is happening is for your highest good.
And now move down to your throat chakra,
Breathing deeply into your throat,
Softening,
Relaxing,
Noticing any tension,
Just soften and relax.
And now move deeper,
Down into your body,
Into your heart chakra,
Placed in the middle of your chest,
Connect to it and breathe gently in and out,
Opening,
Softening,
Letting go.
Noticing how your heart feels,
Acknowledging any sensations,
Any emotions and giving them space.
And move further down into your solar plexus,
Breathing in and out through the chakra.
Keep noticing any sensations,
Tension,
Just open and relax.
Allow your body,
Your whole system to unwind.
The more relaxed you can get,
The more you can receive from this practice.
So just allow the relaxation to come through.
And if your mind wanders,
Continue breathing in and out,
Bringing your attention back to the space we are focusing on.
And as we move forward,
Connect to your sacral chakra,
It can be placed few fingers below your navel,
Connecting to that space,
Breathing in and out gently,
Opening up and letting go,
Softening your belly,
Giving it space,
Relaxing deeper and deeper into your body.
And now move down to your root chakra,
Breathe in and out through the base of your spine,
Noticing any tension,
Anything arising,
Just being present and letting go.
And as we move down your spine,
Just take a moment to connect to your spine,
To your central column,
Breathe in gently through your spine,
Through your central column and notice the space that got created,
The spaciousness,
And if there is still any tension,
Contraction,
Just breathe in deeply and relax,
Breathing through the spine.
And allow now your consciousness to travel all the way down to your feet.
So moving down your spine,
Your hips,
Your legs,
All the way down to your feet.
And as you reach there,
Breathe in deeply and gently through your feet,
Opening up,
Relaxing and letting go,
Gentle yet deep breaths coming deeper into your body.
And I want you to visualize,
To see,
To feel whatever works for you as their roots that are coming from your feet all the way down into Mother Earth.
Just imagine as they move from your feet down to Earth,
Going deep and spreading,
You can imagine roots of a tree or it can be roots made of light,
Whatever works for you.
Breathe into them,
Allow them to grow.
And connecting now to your Earth Star Chakra that is below your feet,
And as you connect to it,
Breathe in and out,
Opening up,
Relaxing.
And as you bring more relaxation to this chakra,
Notice how your roots spread even wider,
Connecting you deeper to Mother Earth.
And let's take a deep breath in through your nose and just breathe out through your mouth,
Letting it all go from the top of your head all the way down through your feet.
Take another deep breath in and let go,
Noticing the state that you are in.
And as we connect it and open it up,
We are calling in Mother Earth to rise and move through your body,
So it can support you in all the ways that is for the highest good of your human experience,
Giving permission to Mother Earth to support you.
So imagine as the energy of Mother Earth starts moving through your Earth Star Chakra,
Entering your feet and slowly moving up,
And just feeling how that looks like,
Feels like for you.
Maybe you can imagine pink light,
It also can be golden white light.
Maybe you are sensing the essence of nature,
So whatever works for you.
Imagine that energy of this planet moving up your body,
Getting into your knees,
Into your hips,
Breathing gently and relaxing even more,
Allowing it to get to the bottom of your spine,
Into your root chakra,
Allowing anything that wants to happen to happen,
Just being present,
Breathing in and out,
Letting go of all the things that do not serve you any longer.
Allow this energy to move up to your sacral chakra,
Breathe gently yet deeply,
Notice as it is moving up to your solar plexus chakra,
Moving up to your heart chakra,
Also moving into your arms,
All the way to your fingers,
Continue breathing and relaxing,
Moving it up to your throat,
Into your head,
Your eyebrow chakra,
Your third eye,
Filling up all the spaces in your body,
Entering every single cell and atom of your being,
Moving up to your crown chakra,
And as it moves through your crown chakra,
It fills up your whole field,
All your energy bodies,
Your luminous field,
Allowing this energy to fill up all of your bodies.
You can see it as this bubble of this beautiful energy around you,
And open up every single cell and atom of your being,
Breathing this energy in and out,
Allowing it to support you in all the ways that you need in this moment.
Allowing and resting,
Receiving this nourishment,
Knowing that you are safe,
You are held in this moment.
So allow yourself to receive the love,
The support,
The acceptance,
The unconditional love that Mother Earth has for you,
And I will leave you in this space for some minutes so you can bask in this energy and just stay present,
Breathing in and out and allowing anything that needs to happen to happen.
And you can stay in this space longer,
And if you are ready to come out of this practice,
I invite you to connect back to your body,
To your physical space,
Moving your fingers and your toes,
And taking a moment to express gratitude to Mother Earth for supporting us in this practice.
And just notice how you feel,
How your body feels,
Your mind,
Noticing any changes,
Maybe you can notice how much more relaxed you are,
Or maybe how much more space you can sense inside of you,
Expressing the gratitude to yourself for taking this time,

To connect to Mother Earth,
It is very crucial to the well-being of our bodies,
Whatever way works for you it can be,
Even several moments,
Even that will support you.
