Welcome to this guided meditation to help you cleanse and release any energy from your body that doesn't belong to you,
Isn't useful to you anymore,
Or in whatever way you do not want.
Let's take a moment to get comfortable.
Find an easeful seat where you feel like you can breathe.
It's completely fine to lay down if you find that more accessible today.
You may also like to light a candle or some incense for this meditation,
As having a little bit of fire and smoke on your side can help you to release toxic energy.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Take a few deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Imagine that you are in a beautiful place where you feel very safe.
A place in the natural world.
This could be somewhere you already know,
Or somewhere you are simply imagining.
What plants,
Trees,
Or flowers are here?
What does the earth feel like beneath your feet?
What do you smell when you breathe in the air?
You may also like to call in your talismans of safety.
These could be people,
Spirit guides,
Ancestors,
Objects,
Pets.
Anything or anyone that helps you to feel a little bit safer,
A little more protected.
Take another deep breath and allow the feeling of safety and calm to settle over your body.
Draw a circle of protection around yourself in this safe place.
You are contained in this perfect circle,
Which has the power to deflect and absorb any energy that is unwelcome,
Any energy that is uninvited here.
This is a circle made of salt or stones,
Heavy earth energy that knows how to do this work of protection for you.
Now feel your body connected to the earth beneath you.
Feel the wide,
Old power of this earth,
Which contains so much and knows how to transform one kind of energy into another.
The earth is able to recycle any energy you do not need into something else that is needed elsewhere.
Take a moment to remember and acknowledge that it is okay for you to let go of any energy that is not yours,
Any energy that you do not need,
Any energy that is unhelpful to you in your journey.
You do not have to hold on to this energy.
But if there is something you need or want to keep here,
You will keep it.
You do not need to know what you are keeping and what you are letting go of.
Trust that you can let go of what is not needed,
And you will.
Now,
When you feel ready,
Repeat after me,
Silently or out loud,
I release this energy from my body.
Continue to repeat those words as many times as you would like and add anything that feels right for you.
Feel this energy beginning to unlock from the crevices of your body.
Notice how there are streams for the energy to follow that move downward,
Releasing into the earth through your feet and your pelvic floor.
Relax your body.
Breathe deeply.
Simply allow this unwanted energy to flow down through your body into the earth beneath you.
Feel yourself sinking a little deeper into the ground,
Receiving the support of the earth,
Feeling the earth draw this energy down out of you,
To be used for something else where it is needed or wanted.
Allow the channels in your feet and pelvic floor to open and release whatever it is that is unhealthy or unhelpful in your body.
It's not yours,
Not anymore.
You do not need to keep this.
This energy has done what it needed to do.
It is no longer welcome in your body.
Allow it to flow down into the earth.
It's not yours anymore.
Let it go.
We'll take a few more moments just to allow this energy to flow out completely,
To release whatever is no longer useful here.
Now begin to shift your attention back into this safe place.
We are in a circle of protection in a beautiful,
Natural landscape.
What does the earth feel like now beneath your body?
What do you smell in the air?
Scent of the sea?
Flowers growing nearby?
The sap of a favorite tree?
What does the air feel like on your skin?
Remember your talismans of safety,
Those people or objects that are here with you to help you feel safe.
How does it feel to come back to safety in your body?
Do you feel differently now in your body,
Having done this work to release unneeded energy?
You may or may not feel any different right now.
Either way is fine.
Your intention has been set,
And if there is any energy remaining to let go of,
It will continue to release as you continue on with your day.
Take a moment to simply receive whatever you're feeling right now.
Thank the earth for helping you to release this energy.
Thank the circle of protection,
The talismans of safety and anyone that was here with you supporting you in your journey.
Thank the land you are on right now.
Then,
When you are ready,
Place your hands over top of your heart and thank yourself for entering into this self-affirming,
