Allow your feet to fall open,

And attune to your inner landscape,
Your breath,

Your energy.
As you breathe,
Meet yourself with a deeper connection.
Come back to your body.
Notice your body.
Take care of your body.
What can you make room for?
Take a moment to observe a way to increase your comfort.
Soften or close the eyes,
Cover with a blanket,
Or use a pillow under your knees.
Repeat today's intention in your mind or just listen.

Bring awareness to your breath,
Draw in two sips of air with your nose,
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
Draw in two sips of air with your nose,
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
And one more time,
Draw in two sips of air with your nose,
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
Allow the body to be the receiver of nourishment of the breath.
Draw a circle of energy around your heart center.
Tune into the vibration of energy of your heart.
Embrace the energy of your heart,
And immerse this energy with color.
Watch the energy shift,
Grow,
Widen,
And expand.
The color and energy filling your body and the room that you are in.
As this energy expands,
Begin to tune into the temperature of your body,
Any feelings or emotions that are arising as the energy dances around your body and the room.
Feel the air entering and leaving your body as you breathe.
Find yourself connected and supported by the Earth's gravitational pull,
Grounded,
Peaceful.
Exchange judgment for kindness as you breathe and be present,
Soft,
Linger in this moment,
In this moment,
And this moment.
Observe any images and bring your focus to a tree with leaves blowing in the wind,
Clouds blowing past a mountaintop,
The warmth of a noonday greeting your body,
A moss covered rock,
The number nine,
The color orange.
Come back to the circle of energy around your heart,
And take three deep breaths as your body dissolves into the ground,
Melting,
Expanding,
And unwinding as you listen to our intention for this practice.

Bring awareness to your head and softly turn your head left and right a few times.
Open your ears to the sounds around you.
Welcome the breath to fall out in a sigh as you feel your fingers and toes.
Notice any heaviness of body as you start to bring life back into your limbs and lungs.
Stretch your legs and arms and linger in this place a little longer.
Slowly blink open your eyes and take in your surroundings.
Stay as long as you would like as you linger in this energy.
