Meditation Timer OnlineJacob er uddannet MBSR og MBKT underviser på Århus Universitet og tidl. ansat som som konsulent og terapeut hos Center for Mental Sundhed i Københavns Kommune, hvor han bl.a. underviser mindfulnesskurser. I dag er Jacob leder af studievejledningen på CBS i København. Jacob holder også kurser på andre institutioner for både studerende og medarbejdere. Jacob tilbyder private samtaler og træningsforløb i mindfulness som metode til at have det godt.
