Explore MeditationLAINE (melanie) Moser is a practitioner of meditation for wellness based on the science of the mind, body and human experience. She works as an artist and a teacher to help those who wish to see clearly and be free of fear and anxious patterning to find a good way to live. Laine hosted the Shakti Hour podcast on Ram Dass's Be Here Now Network (2016-2019) and studied with him personally from 2013 until his passing 6 years later. In addtition, Melanie shared darshan and study with all the great teachers interviewed and worked with for the series. Laine has training in Hindu Tantra, Vedantic Shaivism, Zen Buddhism, Tibetan Buddishm, Mindfulness, Iyengar Yoga, and Pranayama. She likes to help people develop a mind that works with rather than against their deepest desires and truths.
