In this 3-day course, we'll explore the wisdom of rest through yoga philosophy, nervous system awareness, meditation, and Yoga Nidra.
Together, we'll journey through three themes:
**Day 1 • Awareness**
Explore the hidden cost of constant doing and discover how awareness becomes the first step toward restoration.
**Day 2 • The Healing Power of Surrender**
Learn how softening unnecessary effort can create space for healing, trust, and deep rest.
**Day 3 • Returning to Inner Rhythm**
Reconnect with the body's natural rhythms and discover how restoration arises when we return to balance.
Each lesson includes a teaching followed by a guided meditation or Yoga Nidra practice designed to help you embody the concepts we explore together.

Nola Bloom is a yoga and meditation teacher, massage therapist, and wellness educator with over 15 years of experience supporting students in practices that cultivate balance, self-awareness, and nervous system regulation.

In our final lesson, we'll explore restoration and the body's natural capacity to return to balance. Inspired by the Yoga Sutras, you'll reflect on what becomes available when the fluctuations of the mind begin to settle, and we reconnect with a deeper sense of steadiness, presence, and inner rhythm.
