Welcome,
Radiant Souls.
My name is Nola Bloom and today I'm guiding you through a gratitude affirmation meditation.
Taking time every day to cultivate gratitude can have a profound impact on your well-being and overall perspective on life.
The practice is simple.
I'll state each affirmation and you just repeat them inwardly or voice them out loud,
Believing and feeling each affirmation to be true and happening now.
So go ahead and close down your eyes and settle your breath.
Let's begin.
I am grateful for the gift of this new day.
I am grateful for the breath that fills my lungs and gives me life.
I am grateful for the gift of sight to behold the wonders of the world.
I give thanks for my health and my vitality.
I appreciate the abundance and prosperity in my life.
I am grateful for the nourishing foods that sustain me.
I am grateful for the kindness and compassion of others.
I appreciate the simple pleasures in my life.
I give thanks for the opportunities to learn and expand my knowledge.
I give thanks for the blessings of love and connections with others.
I am grateful for the power of forgiveness and the freedom that it brings.
I am grateful for the guidance and support of my spiritual teachers and mentors.
I am thankful for the inspiration and ideas that flow through me.
I am grateful for the opportunities to make a difference.
I am thankful for the strength to overcome challenges.
I am grateful for the power of gratitude to transform my perspective.
I give thanks for the wisdom and guidance of my inner voice.
I am grateful for all the music that uplifts my body mind and spirit.
I am grateful for the power of love to heal and transform.
I am grateful for my body and all the incredible things it can do.
I am grateful for moments of laughter,
Playfulness and just plain silliness.
I am grateful for fragrant flowers that tantalize my senses with their enchanting aromas.
I am grateful for friendships that enrich my life.
I give thanks for the opportunities to contribute to the greater good.
I give thanks for the precious gift of life itself.
Now take another big breath.
Exhale all the air out.
Now express your deepest gratitude for this moment and all that it holds.
And take a moment to allow each affirmation to touch the body,
Mind and heart.
Draw your hands to heart center in Anjalei Mujan.
And set the intention to carry the sense of gratitude with you throughout your day.
Allowing it to shape your thoughts,
Actions and interactions.
Remember that gratitude is a practice.
A daily choice to focus on blessings that surround us.
Namaste
