Lezione 1
Finding Hope In The Present Moment
We will discuss how we can find and keep hope. We will learn about shifting our perspective. We will define the concepts of life, death, mortality, humanity, happiness, inner peace, and purpose. We will learn which feelings and emotions are felt when we are in the past and future. We will also talk about the importance of living life in the present moment.

Dealing With Fear
We will learn where, when, and how fear originates. We will learn to identify fear when it manifests and which actions to take when this happens. We will learn to befriend fears and make peace with them. We will talk about solutions to remedy fear. We will talk about love as an antidote to fear. We will also learn simple practices to mitigate fear.

Quieting The Mind
We will discuss the nature and quality of the mind. We will learn about conditioned behaviors, prejudice, and limiting beliefs. We will learn how our thoughts can influence speech and action. We will discuss specific practices to quiet the mind. We will talk about concentration. We will also learn how to best use the mind to change what needs to be changed in our lives and within the world.
Lezione 4
Discovering The Center Of Our Being
We will define where and what our center is and why we need to travel within to find it. We will examine and discuss that which animates the life force or consciousness within all living things. We will locate, define, and remove barriers that block us from knowing our innermost desires. We will connect to our shared birthright of calm. We will also talk about being in alignment with our purpose, the soul, and the rhythm of all things.
Lezione 5
Cultivating An Attitude Of Gratitude
We will discuss the power of gratitude to shift our lives from lack mentality to abundance consciousness; discontentment to contentment; selfishness to selflessness. We will learn that many miracles in life are available through the lens of gratitude. We will learn how and why to make gratitude a daily practice. We will also talk about various ways to create and maintain a lasting gratitude practice.

Leading With The Heart
We will discuss how to lead with the hear, so that we can connect with love, mercy, understanding, grace, and compassion. We will talk about the physical and symbolic meanings of leading with the heart. We will learn about emotional and spiritual benefits of living a heart-centered life. We will also learn how to think, speak, listen, and act from the heart.
Lezione 7
Hanging In There
We will discuss how to identify failures or moments of disappointment and how to rise above them by viewing these things as teaching moments. We will discuss priorities. We will talk about when and why to keep trying to accomplish something. We will learn when and how to give up certain behaviors and endeavors. We will learn how to ask others for help. We will also discuss being innovators, so that we can fulfill our unique destiny.
Lezione 8
Connecting With Others
We will release limiting beliefs and habit energies to see beyond exteriors. We will learn to connect at the subtle and powerful levels of human feeling and emotion. We will talk about the need for open-mindedness if we are to truly build meaningful relationships with ourselves and others. We will also learn to honor differences, so that we can give our presence as a precious gift.

Remaining Open-Minded
We will discuss the universal aspects of wonder, curiosity, and joy. We will discuss how being open-minded affects the quality of our lives and our longevity. We will learn practices to become more open-minded. We will learn about the power of the present moment in relation to our ability to become teachable. We will also learn how to cultivate a beginner mind, so that we can truly know happiness and peace.
Lezione 10
Being Of Service
We will learn how to internalize our course lessons, so that we can be of maximum service to others. We will learn the benefits of service, which include diminishment of ego, pride, and vanity. We will learn techniques to become other-centered, rather than self-centered. We will learn to do small things with great awareness and love. We will also discuss the meaning of coincidences and how to be uniquely helpful to anyone in need.
