Today we explore the relationship between being and doing. We understand the role both of these energies within us play, the challenges we can face in balancing them in the modern world and start to understand what our personal challenge is here.

A reflection: Coming to understand this in your own life
We take a moment to look inward, to this present moment in your life. How are you balancing being and doing? Are there things you are doing unconsciously that are leading to undesirable states of being? With compassion and curiosity, we begin to bring this work home to yourself and how the next few days can truly bring more lightness and congruence to your very own experience.

Conditioning: Strengthening our ability to feel
Today we focus on strengthening your ability to feel, to recognize and relate to your feelings. Before we dive into working with your feelings and this inner-realm of yourself, let’s get familiar with what it means to be aware and embodied in your feelings and sensations.

Our map: A framework to achieve balance
Today we will start to apply this re-balancing to your dreams, goals and visions. We start to understand what the feelings and desires are beneath your goals, how these influence you and how to work with them.
Lezione 5
A release: Focussing on the virtue not the objective
We explore what it feels like to have become very aware of the feelings and desires beneath your goals and visions. We play with the feeling of detachment and recognizing that this feeling doesn’t have to depend on any external outcome.

Embed: Tools for everyday re-balancing
It is great to understand the feelings and desires beneath your longer-term goals and visions, but how do you bring this into this moment? Today we explore ways to checkin with your current feeling-state and start to invite in your desired feelings.
Lezione 7
Wholeness: When to re-balance and when to allow
Today we cover a very important topic, when should you allow a feeling to exist and when is it ok to consciously re-direct? We explore the topic of wholeness, acceptance and bring perspective to these questions.
Lezione 8
The challenge: Choosing one virtue to train
Today we set ourselves a challenge to start small, with just one virtue we are going to strengthen and begin to live through. We feel our way to what this virtue might be, understand when we might need to re-balance this the most and find where in the body we can access it easiest.
Lezione 9
Deepening your ability: We practice all that we have learnt
Today is a day to try it all on. Through a guided practice you practice all that we have covered and deepen your ability to become aware of both doing and being simultaneously, course correcting and balancing as you need.
Lezione 10
The return: Recap and Integration
This week we recap what we have covered in this journey so far, any major lessons and reminders that we need to reinforce and discuss how we can best go about integrating this new approach into our daily lives.
