In Day 3, we explore the 3rd of 5 different aspects of our experience which we can observe, and acknowledge. And its in the acknowledgment, where the beauty comes in.
This is a deeper acknowledgment, a wiser, kinder and more compassionate acknowledgment. And you don’t have to do anything, but simply allow the affirmations to do their thing.
As always, we start with an introduction to settle us in, a simple practice to get grounded, then we get to use these affirmations for you and your world, the relationship to you and your world.
