
Be With Your Breath
As you relax into this moment take a deep breath in and then release with the out breath. Release any worry or concerns that aren’t allowing you to be in this present moment. Continually bring your awareness back to the breath if your mind wanders. Do this with gentleness and kindness. Like a fun game. When your mind wanders joyfully and playfully bring your awareness back to the breath. Smile at your mind and its busyness and redirect its focus with lots of kindness.
