Within your visualization,
Find a place you would like to sit down or lie down or stand.
Notice the parts of you that are in contact with the earth beneath you.
Really feel the connection and support beneath you.
Breathe the nourishing healing properties of mother earth in through your feet and allow the energy to flow throughout your body especially to where it is most needed.
Tuning into the healing properties of mother earth and nature and breathe them in.
Within healing energy allowing in a sense of softening and relaxation and release and let go with your outbreath.
Feeling the healing energy of earth and nature as it flows throughout your body to wherever it is needed.
Feeling the nourishing qualities energizing supporting nurturing qualities while you focus on an area of your body that needs healing.
Gently breathe in through your feet to the area of your body that requires healing.
