Cleanse your brain and relax your nervous system. Come back to a rhythmic and natural state of harmony and balance. Visualise a waterfall of light cleansing the brain and washing through the whole nervous system bringing it into a calm and relaxed state.

Music Notice what is happening in your body right now.

Music Notice the rise and the fall of the chest with the inhale and the exhale.

Music How is your body feeling right now in this moment?

Music Is there any tension?

Music Is there an excess of thinking?

Music How is your breathing?

Music Are you experiencing a lot of emotions?

Music Just notice without any judgment.

Tune in and pay attention.

Be present with your body and see how it is going.

Music Breathe in and breathe out.

Music Breathe in and breathe out.

Music Using your visualization skills,

See a beautiful waterfall of light coming down through the top of your head and ever so gently calming and cleansing your brain.

Music Just gently let it wash through your brain,

Calming the neurons that may be firing unnecessarily.

Just breathe it in using your visualization.

Music Allow the waterfall of light to come down through the top of your head,

Cleansing and cleaning the brain.

Music Visualize the healing light cleansing the limbic system deep in your brain.

Music And while you're doing this,

Assure your brain that all is well and that you are safe.

Music You can do this by taking a deep breath in and release.

Music Feel the calming effect this has on your body as you switch out of emergency mode.

Music Take a breath in and release.

Music The calm deep breathing will signal to the brain that you are no longer in danger and you can return to rest mode.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Music Breathe in and breathe out.

Music The amygdala no longer perceives any fear and the hypothalamus is no longer sending out signals that the body is under stress.

Music Breathe in and breathe out.

Music Breathe in and breathe out.

Music Allow your body to come out of a state of high alert.

Music Breathe in and breathe out.

Music The signals from your body to the brain are calm and relaxed.

Music Bring your visualization back to the waterfall of light and again see it cleansing the brain and washing through the whole nervous system.

Bringing it into a calm and relaxed state.

A state of regeneration and repair.

A state of rest and digest.

Music See the light cleanse and calm the spinal cord.

Music Gently clearing any blockages.

Music See the waterfall of healing light go down the spinal cord and then out to all of the branches of nerves in the nervous system.

Right to your fingertips and toes.

Music Breathe in the light and exhale any pain or exhaustion.

Music Breathe in and breathe out.

Music All of the systems of the body are coming into balance and harmony.

Music This is the natural state of our body.

The state we need to return to.

Your muscles are relaxing and the tension is leaving.

Music Breathe in and breathe out.

Music Your respiratory system is calm.

Music Your cardiovascular system is working beautifully and rhythmically.

Music Your body is digesting food.

Music Your immunity is building.

Music Your nervous system is calm and settled and you are in complete balance and harmony.

Music Breathe in and breathe out.

Music Just feeling the state of calm all the way through your entire nervous system.

Just visualize your nervous system feeling calm and relaxed.

Music Your brain is calm,

It's cleansed,

It's relaxed.

Music Breathe in and breathe out.

Music When you are ready,

Opening your eyes feeling calm and feeling relaxed.
