Using your visualisation skills, visualise an event or time or place that brings you joy. Your visualisation is influencing your brain. Your brain is releasing feel-good chemicals, and these chemicals are being distributed throughout your body. Relax and allow this to happen. See yourself thriving and happy as you move throughout the day to come. You are uplifted and blazing. You are full of light. You have all of the strength and energy you need.

Closing your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath breathe in and breathe out notice the inhalation and the exhalation notice the lungs expand and contract notice any thoughts or emotions or sensations in the body and observe them and then let them go without judgment breathe in and breathe out breathe in and breathe out breathe in and breathe out using your visualization skills visualize an event or time or place that brings you joy whatever it is that brings you joy visualize it now in as much detail as possible where are you what time of day is it what time of year is it what can you see feel smell taste or hear be as vivid as you can in your visualization if it helps strengthen your visualization internally talk yourself through the scenario you are visualizing as you visualize parts of your brain will respond as if your visualization is actually taking place neurotransmitters are now flowing throughout your body your visualization is influencing your brain your brain is releasing the feel-good chemicals and these chemicals are being distributed throughout your body relax and allow this to happen be aware of the effects of the positive neurotransmitters as they continue to flow feel huge gratitude for what is bringing you joy in this moment and let it fill up every cell in your body allow the joyful feeling that comes from your visualization to fill your entire being feel energized feel open feel full of life and excitement and joy feel your heart open and full and overflowing see yourself thriving and happy as you move throughout your day to come if any challenges arise see yourself handling them with ease and staying present and peaceful in each moment whether it is comfortable or uncomfortable be okay with it all you are ready and equipped for anything in your day to come you are uplifted and blazing you are full of light you have all the strength and energy you need opening your eyes feeling energetic feeling enthusiastic feeling ready feeling organized and feeling clear breathe in and breathe out
