Using your visualisation skills, visualise an event or time or place that brings you joy. Your visualisation is influencing your brain. Your brain is releasing feel-good chemicals, and these chemicals are being distributed throughout your body. Relax and allow this to happen. See yourself thriving and happy as you move throughout the day to come. You are uplifted and blazing. You are full of light. You have all of the strength and energy you need.
