As you wake, your brainwave patterns change. Thinking begins and can sometimes take over. So let’s take this moment to be still and to calm the mind and create thinking patterns that are ideal for your day ahead. Observe the thinking and the feelings and sensations in the body as they arise. Observe them without judgement, and let anything that is not useful at this time gently float away. Allow the mind to rest, allow the brain chemistry to be synonymous with peace, and allow this feeling to flow.

Take your awareness to your breath and notice and be with it.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Notice how you are feeling in this moment before your day has begun and notice without judgment.

Observe any thoughts and emotions and sensations in the body.

Are you still tired?

Are there too many thoughts?

Are emotions coming up?

Just notice and observe without judgment.

As you wake your brain patterns change.

Thinking begins and can sometimes take over.

So let's take this moment to be still and to calm the mind and to create thinking patterns that are ideal for your day ahead.

If your mind is saying you don't have time,

There is too much to do and then you suddenly begin to feel overwhelmed then ever so gently and kindly let the mind know that you are going to begin this day in a peaceful state of mind.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Allow the mind to calm with the breath.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Continue to let your mind know that right now in this moment it is time to be peaceful and feel the peace that comes with connecting to your breath.

It is not time for panic or overwhelm.

It's not time to create an excess of stress and panic and it's not time for negative thoughts to pop up.

Observe the thinking and the feelings and the sensations in the body as they arise.

Observe them without judgment and then let anything that is not useful at this time gently float away.

It's not time to be in an alert state.

Relax and cultivate peace.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Allow the mind to rest and allow the brain chemistry to be synonymous with peace and allow this feeling to flow through your body.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Keep reassuring your mind and just notice your thoughts without judgment.

See them,

Watch them and then let them float away knowing that any important thoughts can return right when they are needed.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Feel your eternal peace.

From this place of calm put your energy and intention into visualizing yourself having an ideal day.

See yourself being efficient throughout your day.

See yourself taking a moment to rest or stretch or move when you need to.

See yourself mindfully eating and enjoying a nutritious meal.

See yourself creatively solving any challenges.

See yourself having an amazing day.

See your day unfolding exactly as you would like it to.

Whenever you feel off course take a moment to connect with your breath and be present.

Know that you can reconnect to this calm and peace throughout your day whenever you need to.

Breathe in and breathe out.

While staying connected with peace,

Opening your eyes ready to start your day.

Breathe in and breathe out.

This was a lovely meditation (: I like the idea of being gentle with our minds, but at the same time, teach ourselves to stop this rush mood from the everyday life. I really like calm mornings, so thanks for being there with your cozy voice. I want to try some other of your meditations. Have a lovely day!
