Relax and calm your body. Breathe in vital, clean energy and release through any areas of tension that may have built up through the day or week. Breathe in and feel energised, breathe out and release any aches and pains. Breathe in fresh energy and release with the out-breath anything stale or stuck. Use your intention to do this and if it helps, you can visualise it happening with each breath cycle. Breathe in fresh energy and release what you do not need.
