So as you settle in your lying down position,

Take any last wiggles,

Movement,

And come into stillness.

Feel the energy that is moving through your body right now.

All the hard work that you've just done,

What energy do you feel?

Take a moment to be fully present and really relish in those sensations.

So if anything feels niggly or painful,

Use a deeper supportive breath to nurture that area.

Allowing the breath to become soft,

If that feels right for you.

And if there's any distractions around,

Whether it's a sensation in the body,

A thought,

Or something in your environment,

Just allow that to be there.

Acknowledge it and allow it to be there.

And then come back to your body.

Bring yourself to your mind,

To this idea of play.

What does the word playfulness mean to you?

Laughter,

Fun,

Smiling.

Anything else that comes to your mind?

Curiosity,

Unknowing,

Safe.

And take your mind back to a time when you felt most playful.

Perhaps it's some childhood memories.

Perhaps it's teenagers.

Perhaps it's more recent.

But just take a time to let your mind explore your memories of playfulness.

And rather than just thinking about these times,

These memories,

Feel yourself there.

Feel like it is happening all over again.

That moment,

That sensation,

That play within inside of you.

Re-receive it.

Perhaps it's the touch of others.

The taste of an ice cream.

I don't know.

Perhaps there's an animal.

What do they feel like?

How does it make you feel?

And if you find that you want to laugh,

Something has made you remember,

And you just want to laugh.

And you can feel them.

Masses have invoked other feelings inside you,

And let them come too.

Notice this feeling and where it lives in your body.

There a gentle pulsing warmth.

How does your heart feel?

Breathe deeply into your heart.

And let the breath out the mouth.

Again breathe into your heart.

And let it go through the mouth.

One more time.

And slowly become aware of the surroundings that you're in.

Add movements gently into the body.

Explore.

Really move in a way that feels playful right now.

Now your eyes closed.

Just move and be.

No one's watching.

And slowly welcome yourself back into this space,

Bringing that feeling with you.
