Breathing deeply for yourself.
Observing where the body expands and where it softens.
Feeling the cooling breath as it enters into the nose and the warmer breath as it leaves.
Fueling yourself up with powerful energy.
And now be aware of what is distracting you from this present moment.
Confront yourself.
Confess to yourself even.
What is stopping you from breathing in this moment?
What is holding you back?
When we become in acceptance,
The thoughts lose power.
Allow yourself to breathe deeply to support you through this process.
And now consider what is the elevated emotion?
What is it you,
What feeling you want to manifest?
And repeat that in your mind.
Like a mantra,
Several times over.
Using the example of love,
I am love.
I am loved.
I am loving.
And then consider and let your imagination come in for all actions of this emotion.
All the little ways that you have felt this emotion before.
Maybe some of them really have happened.
Or maybe some of them are imaginary and how you want them to happen.
Play these scenarios over and over again.
So that your mind can understand what you want to feel.
What you want to bring into your life.
Where do you feel this emotion inside of you?
Re-receive this elevated emotion into the body.
Think of a time when this was really in your life.
Relive it,
Re-receive it.
Breathe this emotion in and out of your heart space.
How does it feel to have this emotion already within your life?
And by your day to day in this elevated state.
How would this higher version talk move?
Who are you surrounded yourself with?
Feel this into your body like it's already happened.
And what now can you be thankful for in your life right now?
What fills your heart with gratitude today?
This past week.
What in this past year has brought you gratitude?
That you can be truly grateful for and re-receive into your body.
Breathe into your heart space.
And then allow in this moment to come back and feel into your body.
The movement of the breath within you.
Breathe in and out.
Acknowledge how you feel.
And bow the chin to the chest.
Or you can lift the head up to the sky.
And flutter the eyes a couple of times and then close them again.
Starting to bring back into the room the energy that you've just cultivated inside of you.
And then flutter the eyes open again and keep them open.
