This is a guided meditation to bring gratitude into your life. The practice brings gratitude to each body part considering all that the body does for us, and how it supports us through our day. This is a great way to start the morning or to end the day before bedtime.

This is a guided meditation to promote gratitude and love within your body.

So find yourself in a comfortable position,

Either lying down in a seat or grounded on the earth.

Take a moment to take a deep breath in through the nose and let it out through the mouth.

Deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And start to watch your breath as it enters in through the nose,

Down to the navel,

And back up and out through the nose or the mouth.

Just observing how you feel in this moment as you connect your body and your breath.

Now bring your awareness into your toes and the base of the feet.

Send your breath all the way down into the tips of your toes and the base of your feet.

And with that breath,

Send love and gratitude for all that your feet do for you,

For every step that you take that help guide you through your day.

Send love and gratitude to your feet now.

Moving up into the legs,

Bringing your awareness into both legs.

Taking a deep breath in and sending love and thanks all the way down both of your legs for all the support that they give you,

The strength that they have to guide you through your day.

Take a deep breath in and send love and thanks to both of your legs.

Moving up into the abdomen and thanking your abdomen for all that it does for you.

All of the unconscious work that happens within the body to process every delicious meal you have.

Maintaining good function,

Sending your breath all the way down into the belly with love and gratitude.

Breathing into your hips,

Your pelvis.

Considering all the functions that happen there again without you thinking.

The reproductive organs which we sometimes take for granted.

They are so vital.

Send love and thanks to this area now.

Breathing into your heart centre.

And sending love and gratitude into the lungs,

Into the heart for keeping you alive and safe.

For all that they do to support you on a subconscious level.

Sending love,

Kindness and gratitude to your lungs and your heart.

Becoming aware of both arms.

Breathing down both of your arms all the way to the fingertips.

And considering all the daily tasks that they allow you to do.

Fun hobbies,

Your work,

Communication,

Connection to others.

Take a deep breath in and send love and gratitude down both of your arms.

Moving up into the face.

Becoming aware of your eyes,

Your nose,

Your lips and mouth.

And your ears.

And send each of them love and gratitude for all that you can see,

For all that you smell.

For all that you taste and for all that you hear.

Honouring each of our senses and sending love to each part of the body.

Deep breath in through the nose.

Feel your entire body.

Filling up with love and gratitude with each breath.

Feeling love and gratitude through the whole of the body.

And for all the amazing things it helps us to do and for all that it is.

This cherished being that you are.

Choose to send yourself love now.

You might even say it to yourself,

I love you.

I love you.

Thank you.

What a great meditation to honour and show gratitude for something we take for granted, our own body. Thank you πŸ™

This session was a lovely way to start my day! All too often, we can take for granted so many aspects of our body. Spending a little time in the morning sending breath to each area of the body and practicing self-love is very important. Thank you, Victoria, for leading me in this meditation! It's much appreciated. 😊

I liked it! We often take our bodies for granted. The only thing that would have made this a little better would be music in the background. My neighbors are noisy and it’s often hard to focus.

What a beautiful way to start the day. I realized that I am never really conscious about how much our bodies do for us and we take it for granted. I loved taking the time to be grateful for it. πŸ™πŸΌπŸ’–

The stillness was great as I felt gratitude for self. Lack of music was fine creating meaningful stillness being grateful. πŸ™πŸΌ
