This meditation was recorded under the Super Full Moon (7th April) to a live stream audience, where we could all connect under the moon beams. The meditation guides you in the moonlight, to cleanse and purify you. Releasing what is not serving in your life so that you maybe open to all the new possibilites and opportunities which come your way. I hope you enjoy it as much I as I did creating it. Feel the release, the freedom, be open.

May have a few more joiners but let's get started.

So find your comfortable seat.

Thank you again so much for joining me this evening.

So if you haven't already,

Close your eyes and get comfortable in a seat of your choice.

If you want to lie down then I would highly recommend that too.

We're going to be here for about half an hour so make sure that you are comfortable.

So I can see a few more people are joining so welcome.

Lovely to have you guys here to this moonlight meditation.

If you are just joining us,

Get settled in.

As I say it's going to be about a half an hour practice.

So if you are outside start to acknowledge the noises around you,

The space that you're in and possibly,

Hopefully the glow of the moonlight behind your eyes.

Noticing the energy that is in your body this evening,

Any sensations,

Anything which may be distracting or may be welcomed.

Acknowledge and honour it all.

Start to bring deeper awareness into your breath.

Feeling that soft flow in and out of the body.

You may become aware of the smells around you.

Around you and then bring yourself back to your breath.

Breath travelling down through the ribs,

Through the belly,

All the way to the hips.

A soft easy breath.

A powerful and purposeful breath.

And if your mind starts to get distracted,

Notice the sensations within.

Get really curious about how you feel this evening.

Soften through shoulders,

Soften through the face.

Allowing yourself to ground here into this moment.

If you are inside,

Start to visualise the moon.

If you are lucky enough this evening to be basking in the moonlight,

Feel the moonlight as it caresses your face.

Feel her bright energy.

Which is supercharged tonight,

Super full moon,

Our pink moon.

Visualise and feel this bright light flowing over your face.

Cleansing through your body.

Breathing down through the throat,

Over the shoulders,

Into your heart.

Breathe deep within your heart space.

Letting the breath out of the mouth.

Notice if there is any negativity,

Any emotions that you have been holding.

Anything that has happened over the past few days,

Week,

Maybe even longer,

That you are ready to say goodbye to.

Anything that is not for your highest and best.

Allow as you bask here in the moonlight for it to be cleansed away,

Your body.

Breathing deeply within your body.

Allowing for yourself to shift and change on a cellular level.

As the moon's healing travels all the way through the belly,

Down the back and into the hips.

Through the thighs,

The knees,

The calves and down to the feet.

Feeling into your body and noticing if there are still any blockages,

Any tension.

And send the moon healing light to these areas now with the help of your breath.

Feel it in your body.

Allow for your heart to open,

Your energy,

Your awareness to rest within your heart space.

And acknowledge any feelings of anger,

Grief,

Pain,

Sorrow.

Limiting the beliefs that you want to get rid of this evening that are holding you back.

Breathe into that space now and let it go on the exhale.

Breathing deep within the heart.

Feeling for this cleansing,

This healing.

Releasing and letting go.

For when we let go we then make space,

Space to be in our power.

Space for new opportunities,

New growth,

Limitless possibilities.

Visualise and feel yourself as this beacon of light,

As part of the moon.

There is no separation right now.

You and the moon are one.

Breathe in the lightness.

Go again.

Notice how you are feeling as you connect with the moon,

As you bathe in her healing light.

Notice how you are feeling as you bathe in her healing light.

Feeling this connection not only to the moon but to each and every person taking part in this meditation.

We are all connected.

And know that when you receive a healing,

You are healing a much bigger picture.

When you release,

When you forgive,

When you let go,

You are making space for you,

For your friends,

Your family.

You are healing the world.

Breathe into your heart.

Notice what you feel.

Welcome in love,

Welcoming acceptance,

Welcoming compassion,

Welcome self-belief,

Self-awareness,

Happiness.

Breathe in and feel,

Receive this into your body,

Your heart.

Maybe let a smile cross your face as you bask in the beauty,

The energy,

The power of our moon.

Feeling all of the goodness and releasing all that you need to.

Be with your body,

Be with the sensations within.

Welcome to forgive.

Air on your skin,

And the quality of the air as it comes in and out of the body.

Notice the colour behind the eyes.

And the sounds around you.

Feel the weight of your body on the ground.

And whether you are lying down or if you are seated,

Slowly start to let the moonlight into your eyes and look up and really take her in.

Breathe with the moon.

Letting her energy wash over you all over again.

As you connect with her visually,

Feel that energy come into your heart.

And feel her connect to any dark spaces that remain in the body.

Feeling a sense of calm,

A sense of in and knowing that the work you needed to do is done.

Take a deep breath into the body and sigh the breath out.

Deep breath in and release.

One more time.

Feel free to stay here for as long as you wish.

Basking with her,

Being with her.

Or if you feel super relaxed and ready for bed,

Then feel free to take yourself off there now.
