Chakra Cleanse

This is a guided practice without music working through the chakra's to help center you, to reconnect to your spirit and the divine. This is designed to cleanse and release any areas which feel blocked or stuck.

There is no bell at the end of practice. Enjoy.

I started this meditation feeling very sluggish with a heavy cold but by the end my head felt much clearer and my body lighter and energised. The sound was a bit dodgy at first until my ears adjusted, possibly because it seemed to have been recorded in a class, but I soon adapted and really liked the feeling of participating within a group it offered. Thank you x
