This is a sleep meditation.

Walk down,

Talk down for your body,

Mind and soul.

Take three deep breaths and do not hold in between breaths.

Approximately five seconds each.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

I want you to think of one single thing that you accomplished today.

It might have been just getting up in the morning,

Having your morning tea,

Smiling at a cashier when you weren't having a good day.

Hold that in your heart.

Hold that in your heart.

It could be that the sun shined today.

Hold that in your heart and breathe five seconds in and five seconds out.

Continue your slightly deep breathing.

And feel your head supported by your pillow,

Your shoulders and your back supported by the bed or what you are lying on.

Your lower back,

Your arms,

Your hands supported,

Your buttocks and thighs supported,

Your calves and your feet safe and supported.

Feel the safety of the heaviness and comfort of your feet and your thighs on your bed or what you are lying on.

Your hips and your buttocks and your lower back weighted heavy and comfortable like a cloud.

Your chest,

Your shoulders and your arms,

Weigh heavy and comforted,

Ready for a night's sleep.

Keep breathing slightly deeper,

Slower,

Relaxed,

As your shoulders and your neck and your head lie heavy and comfortable on your pillow.

Go back to your normal breathing.

You will notice that it is a little bit slower than it was before.

While you have that one accomplishment in your heart center,

You don't have to think about it anymore.

And relax.

Relax and feel like a young child,

A young child that just had a day of play,

A day of love.

Imagine that you are a child just like that.

Parallel worlds exist and so does our imagination.

It is very real.

Imagine that inner child,

Happy,

Comfortable.

If there is anything you can wrap your arms around,

Another pillow,

Hold it close to you like a teddy bear or parts of your blanketer sheet and relax.

You are love.

Whether we feel that we are giving love or receiving love,

It is the law of the universe that every one of us possess.

The energy in the essence of love.

You are worthy,

Loved and loving,

Caring and cared for.

Even if this does not seem like a reality to you,

There are forces beyond our comprehension that are there for us.

Bring them in now.

Bring the guides and the angels as they surround you.

Maybe past loved ones,

They are here for you right now.

Your inner child has a little smile as she is feeling a little deeper sleep and he is feeling a little deeper sleep.

You are surrounded.

You are surrounded by loving beings.

As you relax,

As you relax,

Concentrate on the lower part of your body,

From the hip down and feel the weight of that body.

Feel your hips and your buttocks weighted on the bed.

Feel the blanket or the sheet on your body from the torso down.

Relax,

Relax,

Relax.

I am calm.

I am serene.

I am relaxed.

I am at peace.

I do not feel any stress.

My mind is so calm.

My body is so relaxed and it is healing right now.

My spirit and my soul,

My body and my mind,

I feel all of it resting deeply,

Resting deeply and relaxing.

I am so close to being asleep now.

I am so close to feeling asleep now.

There is nothing to think about.

There is nothing to do.

I feel like a young child curled up and ready to fall asleep into dreamland where I will have wondrous dreams,

Whether I remember them or not.

I feel as if I am floating.

I feel so relaxed and I am excited to go into my deep REM sleep and dream,

Go into another world,

Another existence,

Another realm,

A dimension where my soul can soar.

Even if I don't remember it,

I know this is true.

Where all my worries and concerns and hurt and healing that is needed will exist and all of those things will disappear as I heal,

As I sleep,

As I heal,

As I sleep,

And I heal as I sleep.

I am love.

I am powerful.

I am beautiful.

I am intelligent.

I am at peace.

I am calm,

Relaxed.

So,

So tired.

I am so sleepy and relaxed.

In this state,

All I can hear is the music.

My body hears and feels the music.

Every cell in my body is resonating with the angelic,

Calm music.

I am the music.

I am the sleep.

I am the calm.

I am the calm.
