This is a meditation that is best listened with earphones and at night while you're falling asleep.

You may want to listen to it first thing in the morning as you awake.

This is a meditation and an affirmation that allows yourself to rewire your mind,

To know and understand and feel safe that everything flows towards you.

Everything moves towards you and that the light is always at the end of the tunnel.

And you are safe.

Let's begin.

I am safe.

I am secure.

Everything that I need I have at this moment,

At this time.

I possess all that I need and require for my safety and my security at this moment,

At this time.

There is no need for me to worry about the future about six months from now,

A year from now,

Because right at this moment I have all that I need and at every moment moving forward I will have what I need at that moment.

I am safe.

I have abundance.

I have strength.

I have security.

I have all the information that I need to make decisions,

To make positive choices.

Everything flows towards me,

Just like the ocean and the beaches and the water that you see in the images right now on your screen.

It is natural.

It is in nature to have everything flow towards me.

Today I have all the energy that I need and I am overflowing with joy.

I have everything that I require for a healthy body and a brilliant mind and a soul that is tranquil.

I am safe.
