Your wellness,

And your weight control.

Listening to this every day will help rewire your neural pathways around your belief system.

It's a scientific fact that we can rewire our thought process and it takes approximately 21 days.

Of course you want to continue it past the 21 days,

Which I call maintenance mode.

I am healthy.

I believe I can lose weight.

I believe that I can bring myself up to a healthy,

Optimum weight for me.

My health is the most important thing to me.

I am avoiding excessive carbs,

Excessive sugar,

And foods that I know and my body knows does not convey health.

I honor Mother Earth and I take on within my body her abundance.

Her abundance is grown and nurtured by her to keep me healthy.

You are healthy.

I am avoiding excess carbs.

I am happy and grateful for my body.

There is no need for rich or sugary foods.

I have the power and control over my own body.

You are healthy.

My body is a temple.

I will keep it my temple and I will keep it and nurture it and honor it and clean.

I have been given this body for a reason.

I am grateful for my body and I love it just the way it is.

I love me.

I can love me.

Health is important to me.

In many ways, this speaks so directly to me! It was joyfully astonishing to hear as the practice continued on. πŸ₯° For those reading this review, be aware that the main focus where nutrition is concerned is a low-carb/keto style way of eating with healthy food choices, as the affirmations repeatedly discuss this. They also, however mention (once, I think) bringing us "up" to a healthy weight for us, so it's possible this might also work well for those with disordered eating. The affirmations continue along that path by further referencing the healthy choices we make in what to put ON our bodies, suggesting natural body care products and the like (which I do, but is important for all to consider as they are able, I feel). I did a very loose low carb plan due to multiple chronic medical/genetic conditions, and though my dietitian and I attempted to plateau my weight, once my body got in the groove, it just kept on loosing no matter what. I'm up to only three lbs below my target weight now, but it seems my body has reset to when it used to be difficult for me to gain/maintain weight (which is not ideal and carries its own medical concerns). Finding the low carb, low sugar affirmations - which I still watch closely because I just feel better when I do - combined with at least a single reference to gaining weight was absolutely unexpected and such a happy surprise! 😊 Despite the loud noise at the start of the practice that was quite jolting, I love this and have bookmarked and downloaded it. Thank you so very much for this unique recording which randomly (or not) found its way to me and my being today. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I see the light in you. 🀲❀️🀲
