Trust.
Often it is so challenging to trust people,
To trust situations,
To trust circumstances,
To trust relatives,
To trust job situations.
It can be even most difficult,
And most importantly,
To trust ourselves.
Many people have problems trusting authority,
Most likely because they have had issues with an authority figure as a child,
Usually a parent.
If they have betrayed your trust,
If they have lied or cheated or hurt you in an intimate way,
Emotionally,
Physically or psychologically,
It will be quite challenging to trust other people.
But I assure you,
Once you learn to trust yourself,
To trust your judgment,
You will be able to navigate who,
When,
And how to trust.

And I would like to do a meditation and affirmation for you on your heart center to regain trust within yourself.
Sit in a comfortable position.
I want you to put your hand on your heart and another hand on your stomach.
This will create a coherence between your heart chakra and your sacral chakra.
I want you to slow down your breathing and breathe five seconds in.
Three,
Two,
One,
Five seconds out.
Three,
Two,
One,
In,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
And out,
Two,
One.
I want you to continue this pattern,
Continue this pattern of breathing.
It is very rhythmic.
It will also create a coherence between your brain and your heart center.

Now I want you to remember and think about something that makes you very happy,
Fills your heart with love,
Joy,
Contentment.
It may be a person.
It may be something that happened a long time ago.
It could be some nature,
A beach.
It may be your favorite food or a movie you've seen recently.
It could be a flower.
It can be anything,
Really.
And I want you to try very hard to find something like that that gives you joy and happiness and love.
Joy and happiness.
And I want you to feel,
I want you to feel that feeling in your heart center while you're breathing slowly.

Three,
Two,
One.
Feel that feeling in your heart.
And while you're feeling that loving feeling,
That joyful feeling,
Whatever that might be,
Happy feeling in your heart,
I want you to listen to my words.
I am safe.
I trust my judgment.
I listen to my heart and I listen to my gut feeling.
And I don't have to rationalize or quantify or explain to myself or anybody why I do not feel safe or comfortable in any situation at any given time.
I give myself the space and the time to sit with that discomfort and decide whether I want to proceed or not because I trust my judgment.
I trust my heart.
I trust all of my five and six senses because I am safe in knowing what to do and what not to do.
And if I make a mistake,
I trust that I will be okay,
That I will survive and I will learn and I will be able to make better decisions and choices in the future because I trust myself.
I trust my intuition.
I value my own inner guidance,
My own inner barometer.
I can navigate.
I don't need to jump quickly into any situation because I trust the universe and I trust myself most of all.
And even if people have hurt me,
I know that not everybody is like that.
I know that most people are not like that.
I no longer am attracted to unworthy,
Untrusting,
Deceitful people.
I am no longer attracted to deceitful situations.
And I forgive,
For they know not what they do.
I forgive myself most of all.
I know better now and as I mature and evolve,
I will know even more because I trust in that process.
I trust in life because I am worthy,
Because I am safe,
And because I know I will be more than okay.
