We are running the central meridian for the central nervous system.
Start with one hand in front of the lower abdomen.
And then move it up the midline.
Ending with two fingers on the chin and the tongue on the top palate behind the teeth.
Repeat with the other hand and repeat again so that you have completed three rounds with each hand.
Ensuring that the hand does not run down the midline when returning to the starting point.
You can keep the tongue on the top palate throughout.
And once you've done your three rounds with each hand,
Take a moment to absorb the benefits.
And then.
Hydrates.
