Welcome to night four of peaceful sleep.

Tonight,

We honor the emotions that may arise.

Let's take a deep breath together.

And as you inhale,

Feel your heart,

Connect with your heart.

And whatever you may be feeling,

Whether it is peace,

Sadness,

Gratitude,

Or any other emotion,

Let it be welcome.

And say silently,

I allow myself to feel.

I allow myself to feel.

And I choose.

And then fill in the feeling that you choose for yourself right now.

I choose.

Imagine a soft light glowing in your chest.

Expanding with each breath.

As you breathe in,

This light glows more and more.

And as you exhale,

The glow travels throughout your physical body and around.

Breathing in,

It expands.

Exhaling,

It expands even more.

Now,

This light is your inner wisdom.

It knows how to hold whatever arises.

So you can let go of emotional tension and let the compassion flow.

You are deeply loved by life and by your own soul.

Let that truth be your own truth.

Allow you to rest into a deep and peaceful sleep.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.
