Take this mindful moment to come back into your body.
Notice where your body is,
How it feels,
Its positioning right now.
Allow your shoulders to roll down and back,
Softening away from your earlobes,
Lengthening your spine from its constant curling over work,
Devices,
Daily chores,
And obligations.
Notice the way your ribcage expands as you find reach from the top of your spine to the base,
Making way for a full and completely intentional breath together.
When you feel ready,
Allow your lips to close just slightly,
And begin to inhale slowly,
Steadily,
Deeply through your nose,
And notice where this breath goes.
Keep inhaling.
If it feels trapped in your throat or your chest,
Allow your body to soften,
Your shoulders to relax,
And send your breath deep into your belly,
Pushing it outwards.
Hold this breath at the top.
As you allow this breath to fully pause,
Notice your mind,
Your body,
Your stress,
Worries,
Anxieties,
Pausing with.
Allow your lips to part just slightly as you slowly and purposefully let this breath leave your being in a long-awaited exhale.
Take one more deep,
