Maybe it's a long walk to get grounded and away from the hustle and bustle of technology.
There is no right answer and no wrong.
Just ask,
What do I need today?
I encourage you to adopt this as a daily practice into the beginning of your day before you're pulled into many directions and absorbing the constant needs and opinions of the rest of the world.
Over time,
You'll find that no two days are ever alike.
Your body,
Your mind,
Your spirit,
Your entire being is always talking to you,
Always asking for new things and alerting you to new needs.
