Hannes Bend has been guiding mindfulness, yoga and breathwork internationally to people of all ages (2-80y+) in offices, schools, museums (including Rubin Museum of Art), universities, jails (Rikers Island), and online to tens of thousands of people all ages since 2014. Hannes was trained by Wim Hof, Drukmo Gyal and Buddhist masters. Hannes loves to share deep breathing, smiles, and sighing. A sigh creates twice as much air flowing into our lungs and a smile helps to create "happy hormones."
