Breath of fire,

Sitting up tall with a straight spine,

Hands placed on your knees,

With open palms.

If you're comfortable,

Closing your eyes and start feeling your belly expanding on the inhale and contracting with each exhale.

You're usually breathing through your chest to understand how you can expand your belly on the start of the inhale by relaxing the outside of your belly and expanding from within.

And then on the exhale,

Contracting it inside.

Breath of fire is a fast breathing cycle of one second per inhale and exhale by letting go of your belly on the inhale and then contracting it in on the exhale.

So inhale,

You let go.

Exhale,

You contract it in.

So we're doing it faster,

Ideally two to three cycles even per second.

So it's a quick inhale by letting go of your belly and then contracting it in on the exhale.

So inhaling and exhaling.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Inhaling,

Exhaling.

Inhaling,

Exhaling.

Inhaling,

Exhaling.

Inhaling,

Exhaling.

Inhaling,

Exhaling.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Begin practicing for one to three minutes at a time.

When done correctly,

Your chest will remain relaxed and slightly lifted and your hands,

Feet,

Face and abdomen will also be relaxed.

Thank you for practicing breath of fire.

Just sense how you're feeling now.
