Imagining breathing into your whole body.

Sitting,

Relax or leaning back,

Or even if you're standing upright,

Ideally keeping your eyes closed,

If you're comfortable,

Imagining you breathe into your whole body into every cell of your body.

And then letting go,

Exhale,

You just let go of any stress in your body.

Inhaling into your whole body.

Exhaling,

Releasing any tension in your body.

Inhaling into your whole body,

Every cell,

Your feet,

Your legs,

Your torso,

Your head,

Your arms.

Letting go,

Exhales,

Dropping,

Releasing any tension to gravity,

Inhaling to your whole body.

And letting go,

Exhales,

Dropping any tension,

One more deep inhale to every cell of your body.

Letting go,

Exhale,

Dropping any tension to gravity.

Just sense how you're feeling now.

Practicing this for as long as comfortably possible.
