And a letting go,

Exhale,

Releasing any stress.

Inhaling with a smile.

Releasing any stress.

Inhaling with a smile beyond your ears.

Letting go,

Exhale.

Inhaling the brightest smile and the deepest inhale of today.

And just a brief letting go,

Exhale,

The deepest inhale of this year.

The brightest smile of the century.

Releasing any stress.

Highly recommended to do this,

Especially if you feel not so much like smiling,

Because our mind body will create so called happy hormones.
