Tune into the sensations of your body resting, feeling the support beneath you and the alignment of your spine. With each inhale and exhale, bring attention to your posture, ensuring that you are seated in a balanced and comfortable position. This exercise encourages mindfulness and a deeper connection with your body. Sensing your seat.

You're sitting right now,

Just bringing awareness to breathing.

Just sensing how you're seated.

Just gently relaxing more into your seated position.

Fully dropping into your seat,

Maybe leaning back.

Relaxing.

Just really feeling seated and grounded.

So you can relax the rest of your body and inhaling as deeply as possible.

Allowing yourself to relax fully into the seated position.

Leaning back and inhaling expansively.

Just sense how you're feeling now.

Thank you for practicing sensing your seat.
