While inhaling air and energy and oxygen,

You also can imagine to inhale light as much as possible.

During a deep inhale,

Letting go,

Exhale,

You can imagine radiating it out from your heart region through your whole body,

Inhaling light and air into your heart region.

And on letting go,

Exhale,

You radiate it from your heart region out through your whole body and head.

Deep inhale.

Letting go,

Exhale.

Inhaling,

Imagining inhaling light.

Exhaling,

Imagining radiating it out through your whole body.

You can continue this as long as possible.
