Imagine you're floating on water Your body supported by the water beneath you Moving with a gentle ripple of the waves You see above you a bright blue sky Sun rays warm on your skin You hear the gentle wind blowing through trees,
Leaves,
Rustling The hum of insects,
Birds in song Here there is nothing to do,
No one to be No destination and no past You are entirely in this moment,
Supported,
Rested Breathing As you float along the water You come to rest the edge of dirt and grass And gently rise,
Bare feet stepping upon the soft grass Watching the water move,
Content Breathing,
Being fully present Making your way into your day
