This is where the Spirit is the breath and it reminds us,
It's almost like a gentle touch,
Just touches us through each breath,
In and out.
And we can't just hold it,
We have to let go,
So then we can breathe in.
We have to share,
And then you come,
You share,
I come,
I share,
And together we share,
And then we go around and we share with each other and we spread this simple act of love.
Yeah,
It is love,
It is love,
And this is why it's so vulnerable to have this level of connection where we can slow down enough and be gentle enough with oneself and each other to say,
Look,
Let's just sit for a while,
Not rush anywhere,
And just be together.
And remember that we are with that ungraspable.
