In this meditation, we will connect to the heart through gentle touch and breath. We then move into the affirmation part of the meditation where we will use a powerful EFT Tapping point to anchor in affirmations of safety, love and acceptance.

Hello and welcome to this affirmation meditation with tapping.

Now at some point in the meditation I will invite you to join me in tapping on the karate chop point.

This is the fleshy part of the outside of the hand,

The point where if you are going to karate chop something,

That part that you would use.

Now you don't have to join me in that,

You can just continue the meditation without the tapping,

But if you would like to there can be significant changes from tapping on this point and regulating our nervous system through that tapping pressure.

So we'll just begin by getting comfortable and I invite you to close your eyes or look down and bring the hands to the heart.

Take a moment here to notice the warmth and comfort of placing your hands over your heart.

Notice the connection between body and mind here as we slow our breathing and tune in to the present moment.

Let's share some deep breaths together keeping the hands on the heart and breathing deeply and slowly in through the nose and out through the mouth.

As you breathe in you might want to repeat the words opening and expanding and on the out-breath the words softening and letting go.

Breathing into that heart space opening and expanding.

Breathing out softening and letting go.

Now this meditation is designed to help us tap into the frequency of love,

The present moment and the acceptance and safety that comes with both of these things.

So if you'd like to set an intention for your practice please do that now.

Now as we begin repeating our helpful affirmations to tune into that frequency of love please continue with the deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And at this point if you'd like to join me in tapping on the karate-chop point please begin.

So repeat after me.

I am safe in this moment.

All experiences are welcome and valid and I have the resources I need to hold these experiences with love.

I have everything I need right now.

I trust the timing of my life.

I choose love,

Gratitude and acceptance.

I wish peace,

Light and joy for myself and others.

I trust that my ability to accept and welcome darkness allows me to be a light.

I choose to be a light in this world.

My acceptance and love of myself allows me to accept and love others.

I can always find safety in the present moment.

There is a bigger plan and this is a very small part of it.

I am whole here in this moment.

I choose to ride the waves of emotion like a seagull bobbing on the sea.

I am not my experiences,

I am the observer of them.

All experiences are neutral.

I choose which meaning to attach to them and I choose to view them through a lens of love.

I am at home within myself.

I can always come back to the breath and find refuge here.

I am safe and whole in this present moment.

Now you can release that tapping and just pause to experience the refuge and safety in this moment and in each breath.

When you're ready you can open your eyes,

Take a stretch and move forward with your day carrying safety,

Love,

Acceptance and light.

Thank you.
