A journey you can come back to when you need it. As a writer, I know the importance of words, and as a meditator, I know the importance of words and music together. I wrote this meditation with this music, and I love to share it with you. Enjoy.

A heart healing meditation.
Today is a perfect day to meditate.
I would like for you to find a comfortable position.
Closing your eyes softly.
You can sit upright or you can lie down.
Adjusting your body in a comfortable position.
If you're lying down,
You can have your hands on the side.
If you're sitting up,
Try to balance the body in a straight position.
With your head and your body relaxed.
And at your own time,
You can close your eyes.
This heart healing meditation is designed for you to find serenity in this moment of uncertainty.
We will let go of emotions that are not letting you be at ease.
The intention is set to help you connect with empathy with yourself and others.
Let's imagine two persons.
One of them is a person that has been an important guide in this period of time.
A person that always has a good intention towards you.
A person you imagine as sunshine that has wisdom to share and love to give.
A person that has the ability to make you smile and feel loved.
The other person is someone you know that is going through a difficult time.
A person that needs you,
Needs your advice and comes to you for light.
A person that sees you as sunshine.
Someone that believes in your wisdom and your words of compassion.
Let's start by filling up with love towards ourselves.
Filling the heart with fresh air.
And you can also imagine with a couple of breaths,
Love going to other parts of your body.
Feel the air coming in through your nose and feeling your lungs and heart.
Every part of your body feels relaxed and you have a sense of calm in the mind and a sense of calm in your soul.
Allow yourself to be present and to settle into the space of love you are creating.
Let's bring the awareness to your breath.
At your own rhythm,
Just breathe.
Notice how the air is cold at the nostrils and warm when it comes out.
Be aware of your inhale.
Be aware of your exhale.
And find your unique rhythm.
Now imagine in front of you the person you see as sunshine.
The person you go to when you need warmth in your heart or a word of comfort.
They may be part of your life today or they may have passed on.
Someone you admire and trust.
Be aware of their presence and welcome this person with a smile.
See their eyes,
Their face,
Their body,
Their hands.
The person in front of you is smiling back.
You feel the smile is connected with your smile.
You feel loved and blessed.
And you can even hold hands.
Now this person blesses you with some words.
May you be safe.
May you be healthy.
May you be loved.
May you be protected.
Thank you for being in my life.
May you be safe.
May you be healthy.
May you be loved.
May you be protected.
Thank you for being in my life.
You can see the words coming from their lips.
And with the same gratitude you repeat them back as your blessing.
May you be safe.
May you be healthy.
May you be loved.

Thank you for being in my life.

Both of you have exchanged blessings.
And you feel a sense of serenity and calm.
You feel the warmth of a sacred encounter.
And you give a last smile.
Both are warm with sunshine.
Still being on your breath,
Inhaling and exhaling at your own rhythm,
You feel a warm heart.
With gratitude,
You let this person go.
No attachments,
Only gratitude.
Continue to be aware of your breathing.
On the perfect rhythm of your breath,
Noticing how your body reacts to the breaths.
And your heart beating sweetly.
You can take a moment to feel your body.
The air coming in and going out in your own unique way.
Smiling again,
You can welcome the other person.
Someone who is struggling in this moment.
Think on this person's struggle.
And offer them a warm welcome.
Someone who thinks of you as a loving person.
Someone who looks for your advice,
Your words,
Your guidance.
Someone that admires and trusts you.
This person thinks you are sunshine.
And you would like to give them your own blessing.
Some words of comfort and guidance.
They may be part of your life today,
Or of a past time.
Be aware of their presence.
And welcome this person with a big smile.
See their eyes,
Their face,
Their body,
Their hands.
The person in front of you is smiling back.
You feel the smile is connected with your smile.
You both feel loved and blessed.
You can even hold hands.
Now you can bless them with some words.
May you be safe.
May you be healthy.
May you be loved.
May you be protected.
Thank you for being in my life.
May you be safe.
May you always be healthy.

You can see the eyes glowing.
The hearts aligned.
The warmth in the skin.
You can see the words coming from their lips.
Ingratitude towards you.

Both of you have exchanged blessings.
And you feel a sense of serenity and calm.
Happiness for having shared a unique moment.
And you can feel a warm heart.
With gratitude.
Let this person go.
With no attachments.

Keeping the awareness on your breath.
Inhaling and exhaling at your own rhythm.
You can feel a sense of warm heart.
You can give a blessing to other people.
People suffering all around the world.
From uncertainty or fear.
And in your words.
You let them know.
May you all be safe.
May you all be healthy.
May you all be loved.
May you all be protected.
Thank you for living your life.
And for existing.
And you can feel gratitude towards your blessings.
Continue to be aware on your breathing.
On the perfect rhythm of your body.
The heart beating softly.
The body slightly moving.
The air coming in and going out.
In your own unique way.
Now with a warm heart.
You can let go of any emotion you don't want to carry along with.
You can feel the healing of receiving.
And you can feel the healing of giving back.
Take a moment to enjoy this feeling.
You can take your hands to your heart in a prayer position.
And feel the body resting with a happy soul.
Bring the awareness back to the breathing.
The inhale.
The exhale.
The body moving softly.
And you can start to be aware of your legs.
Your hands.
Your head.
Your fingers.
Adjusting your body to the present moment.
Breathing slowly.
With joy.
And at your own pace.
You can softly open your eyes.
This was a perfect day to meditate.
