So I'm going to invite you to make yourselves comfortable now and just set your intention to receive what you need and we'll start with an empowerment,

A connection to and an awareness of the energy.

So allow yourself to be in awareness and just observe whatever happens.

So if it's available to you,

Bringing your hands together in a gassho position,

This prayer position in front of your chest.

If that's not available to you for whatever reason it's fine,

Just bring your attention here and just sensing into yourself,

Sensing into your own energy system and perhaps starting to become aware of the energy around you as well.

So bringing your awareness now to that energetic channel which runs between the crown of your head and the base of your spine,

So just sensing into the whole way between those.

Just opening yourself up to any energy coming in and expanding your awareness to your entire energy field,

So sensing if you can into your entire body and then just noticing whether you can sense a little bit further out than your body.

Then bringing your awareness to your third eye,

So the point just in the center of your brow.

Now bringing your attention to your throat area,

Bringing your awareness down to your heart space and finally bringing your awareness to your joined hands,

The space in front of your heart.

Then just releasing your focus on the energy,

The empowerment is complete and you are empowered to,
